For Property Buyers
- Search: Use the search bar on the homepage. Filter by city, category, BHK and budget.
- Browse: Visit category pages (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Plots) for focused browsing.
- Refine: Use filters in the sidebar โ market type (primary/secondary), status (ready/under-construction), and more.
- View details: Click any property to see full information โ photos, amenities, RERA number, location, payment plan.
- Enquire: Use the WhatsApp button, call directly, or fill the enquiry form on the property page.
- EMI: Use our EMI calculator on the homepage to estimate your monthly loan instalment.
For Property Owners (Listing Your Property)
- Click List Your Property in the top menu.
- Fill in your contact details, property type, location, size and price.
- Upload up to 8 clear photos of your property (JPG / PNG, up to 10 MB each).
- Submit. Our team verifies and publishes your listing โ typically within 24 hours.
- You'll receive enquiries via phone / WhatsApp / email directly from interested buyers.
For NRIs

RERA & Compliance
Look for the RERA badge on listings โ these projects are registered with the State Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Always verify the RERA number on the official state RERA website before purchase.
Understanding Property Areas
- Carpet Area: Actual usable floor area inside walls (mandatory under RERA).
- Built-up Area: Carpet area + walls + balconies.
- Super Built-up Area: Built-up + share of common areas (lobby, stairs, amenities).
Primary vs Secondary Market
- Primary: Direct from the builder โ new launches and under-construction.
- Secondary: Resale from existing owners โ ready-to-move with possession history.
